Data Deletion Instructions – Elements Defence

If you’ve interacted with Elements Defence through our website or Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads, you can request that we delete any personal data we hold about you.

How to request data deletion

Option 1 – Email us directly

Send an email to elementsdefence@gmail.com
with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – Elements Defence”

Please include the following details (if known):

• Your full name

• The email address or phone number you used when contacting us or filling out a Facebook/Instagram form

• The approximate date you submitted your details

• A brief description of how your data was shared (for example: website form, Meta lead ad, or call inquiry)

We’ll confirm receipt of your request and remove your data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. for tax or transaction records).

Option 2 – Through Meta (Facebook)

If you submitted your details through a Meta lead form (e.g. “Get Quote” or “Contact Us” form on Facebook or Instagram), you may also request deletion directly via Meta’s settings under “Your Facebook Information → Access Your Information → Apps and Websites.”

Verification and confirmation

​

We may verify your identity using your email or phone number to ensure the request is legitimate. Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
